The 219th Aviation Company (Recon) served honorably in the Vietnam War from its activation in April 1965 to its last flight in December 1971.
 
Within this website are the histories of the 219th Headhunters as documented by unit commanders, historians, and the personnel who served. The Unit Histories will be transcribed word for word from the actual documents printed by the unit while in Vietnam.

The Headhunter Store provides unique 219th Aviation Company Headhunter products featuring the unit patch. All proceeds over the cost of the items offered go toward the maintenance of this website and the unit reunions.
 
If you have Headhunter Story that you would like to see published on this website, contact bob@219headhunters.com. Stories must be either emailed as a text file or sent as an attachment that can be easily placed on  the website. You will receive credit for your submission. The Webmaster reserves the right to reject or edit (for size) any story before publishing.
